Hi Michael, the first rule of thumb is not to touch mushrooms that you are not 150% familiar with. Are the gills under the cap white or violet?

The Fly Agaric (Amanita muscaria) is a poisonous mushroom

THIS PLANT IS GROWING IN MY FRONT AND BACK YARD.
MY QUESTION IS; HOW DO YOU GET RID OF THE WILD MUSHROOM?

Please advise me on distroying the poisonous mushroom.

Hi Heather, many thanks for your comment. Being an migrant is sometimes very difficult to put it lightly. Apart from not being able to vote and take part in society, there’s a slow but sure nibbling away at your culture. It’s a good matter that more people as yourself understand the reality of Latino immigrants in the US and elsewhere.

I just read Enrique’s Journey. It gave me a fascinating but horrifying look into the reality of many hispanic immigrants. And complicates the issue in my mind.

Heh, the part about imagining to get naked and going to a sauna reminded me of a friend and colleague.

He was a guy over from the US to Estonia at our company and he fondly reminded himself of the reaction he got from his friends when he spoke about the sauna traditions. “Imagine – you get naked with all of these other men and women and go into a very hot room.”

It was a great experience for him and most other foreigners we’ve been a host to. On the other hand it is quite amazing how little is known about sauna in so many countries, though.

We usually have enough patriotic stuff in independence day, theres no reason to shout about it in every situation. Working, paying your taxes and being upright person shows best that you care about your fellowman and country. Stuff that neo-nazis, so called”patriots”, only shows that you didnt understand why veterans really fought.

Yes, you have indeed hit on an important insight. Your metaphor is also brilliant. Another example of the failure of dichotomy (2 dimensional thinking) comes when you look at how they take opinion polls containing several possible responses to each of the questions and then report on them as an A vs. b result. This is one of the cheapest tricks going in the manufacture of consent game. Articles such as yours offer us a chance to see that there are far more possible choices then the “flatlanders” in the press and government offer us. Good on you!
